Company History
Crown Cup Ltd has gone from strength to strength since Paul and Kathy Marriott
acquired it in 1995 and merged it with their sole trader business, which had already
outgrown it's current premises in an explosive level of sales. It didn't take long until
Crown Cup began to make its mark on the industry with its excellent level of customer service, innovative ideas and sales that had rocketed.
With sales more than five times higher than before the takeover, it was time to move up to the next level again and in March 2002, the business relocated to Festival Trade Park in Stoke-on-Trent.
Moreover, to a road named after the business: Crown Road. The premises, named after family tradition as "Haven House", Provides five times more storage space and offers a more productive office and technical area, allowing Crown Cup's ever-expanding customer base to increase yet more.
Towards the end of 2009, Paul and Kathy's middle son, Shaun eagerly threw himself into the business. With combining the "proven to work" methods and new and exciting ideas, Crown Cup can only look forward to an even brighter future with a fantastic relationship with its customers. With the premises being owned by Paul and Kathy and the business being infused with family enthusiasm and a great team, "we feel we are in control of our own destiny."
